FAQ

What does my license include?

Your license includes 52 videos, produced in both English and Spanish. So actually, that's actually 104 videos. Well not exactly. Because we understand that some topics might not always be a good fit for every organization, we include an additional 8 videos, or 16 if you consider you get them in two languages. So for your yearly license, you will receive a total of 120 videos each year. Yeah, we know that's a lotta video!

How does the license work?

Your yearly license entitles you to use all the content in the library on as many platforms as you choose for as long as the license is renewed.

What if we don't renew subscription, what happens to what we've posted?

The short answer is nothing.

As part of a subscription license, you may use any of our assets on your social media platforms while subscribed, subject to our Terms of Use. If you choose to cancel or not renew, you cannot post our content after your termination date.

How can we use the videos we download?

Your license covers any online use for your organization, whether for any or all social media platforms, your website or email campaign. You are not permitted to reedit, rescore or revoice them. Your license permits online use only and is not for broadcast, streaming or cable TV, out of home use or radio. Videos must be uploaded during the dates of an active subscription.

My company owns several different brands, can we all use one license?

Your license covers a single operating entity. For organizations with multiple brands, we do offer a reduced price 'bulk' license.

Can we cancel our subscription? What about refunds?

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, we offer a no questions asked full refund, provided you have not downloaded more than 1 video per week (in both languages).

How often is new content published?

We are shooting and editing new videos each week to keep our content fresh and relevant. We update our online library quarterly, but may post videos between scheduled uploads if we feel we have urgent topics.

What are your restrictions?

Not many. Your subscription is for a single organization / brand only. Our videos may not be resold, sublicensed, revised or used for more than one consumer-facing brand. Hispanalytics videos are for online use only. If you have another use that you would like to discuss, contact us, we might be able to work with you.

Do you have a partner or affiliate program?

Yes. We have a generous reseller plan for agencies that service multiple brands.

Can I include Hispanalytics videos in my video projects?

No. Hispanalytics videos may only be used in their entirety the way we deliver them. Derivative works are not permitted.

What happens if I receive a content claim on my YouTube video?

When you upload a video to YouTube, YouTube will automatically scan the video for any copyrighted material and put a claim on any copyrighted content it identifies, whether or not the uploader has a license for that content. This claim simply recognizes the presence of copyrighted music and does not mean that the video cannot be published or that there is anything wrong.

Hispanalytics clears all licensing rights for on camera talent, music and any stock footage/images used with all relevant social media platforms. Any claims received on a channel that has been listed on Hispanalytics  subscription will automatically be cleared, usually within a few minutes. In the rare occasion and you are receiving a copyright notice for a YouTube channel or social media platform listed on your account, please email support so that we can have your posting cleared.

What happens happens to the content we post if we are no longer Hispanalytics subscribers??

Your registered channels & platforms will be cleared of content claims automatically while you are a member. If you end your subscription, any content that has already been cleared while you were an active member will remain free of content claims. However, if you upload new videos after your subscription has ceased, those videos will be subject to content claims per our Terms of Service.
